Sales of commercial properties in Jonestown and Harrisburg have been announced by Landmark Commercial Realty.

Headquartered in Harrisburg, Landmark was established in 1988 and is a full-service commercial/industrial brokerage firm with a focus on the South Central Pennsylvania region.

The firm announced the sale of 2855 State Route 72, Jonestown. Valued at $2,100,000, this sale marks a milestone in Landmark’s real estate transactions according to a release. Chuck Heller, SIOR, Executive Vice President of Landmark, and Associate, Adam Boussatta, MBA, both from Landmark, represented the buyer, Serfass 72 LLC.

“This sale represents more than just a successful transaction – it highlights our team’s ability to deliver value for our clients in a competitive and evolving market,” Boussatta said in a statement. “We are thrilled to support the development of this cutting-edge industrial facility, which will undoubtedly strengthen the region’s infrastructure and serve the needs of modern businesses.”

Located six miles east of Fort Indiantown Gap, at the intersection of highways 78 and 81, the property is set to become the site of a 154,000-square-foot industrial building designed for modern industrial and manufacturing use. The developer behind the project, Serfass will create a state-of-the-art facility featuring 32-foot clear heights, which will offer ample vertical space for high-stacking storage and flexible floor plans to accommodate diverse tenant needs.

The strategic location of the property offers a significant advantage, providing businesses with the ability to efficiently access key markets across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, per the release. This development promises to support the growing demand for quality industrial space, catering to businesses seeking modern facilities with optimal logistics capabilities.

“This sale represents a significant step forward for Serfass 72 LLC and for the broader industrial real estate market,” said Executive Vice President Chuck Heller. “We are proud to have played a role in facilitating this transaction, which will undoubtedly support the continued growth and expansion of businesses in the region.”

Serfass Development & Acquisitions is a Lehigh Valley-based firm specializing in development, design, and construction. With over 1.6 million square feet of projects, Serfass focuses on residential, office, industrial, and retail spaces.

Landmark also announced the successful sale of property at 3300 N. 3rd Street, Harrisburg, for $1,550,000. The transaction was brokered by Landmark Senior Associate Michelle Gueci and Executive Vice President Justin Shoemaker.

“We are thrilled to have delivered such a successful result for our client, “ Gueci said. “By securing a key lease renewal in advance of the sale, we positioned the property for a highly competitive market response, ultimately leading to a sale price that exceeded expectations.”

The 15,814 SF professional office property was acquired by a Central Pennsylvania native with a strong interest in strategic real estate investments. According to the release, the buyer recognized the long-term value of the asset, particularly with its established national tenant.

Prior to listing, Landmark assisted the seller with securing a lease renewal with SiteLogiq. The lease renewal played a role in protecting the property’s market value and ensuring a strong sale price.
